The depth of the earth stores many of the different
metals that considered as substantial factor in metal
industry. Such metals are spread in the form of mixed
metals with other materials or may be pure roots. One of
the most important among these metals is the “aluminum”:
Since it was discovered in last 19th Century and being
extracted mixed with the oxygen in a form of metals
containing a ratio of raw aluminum. After its clearance
of impurities we get the pure aluminum. The aluminum is
characterized as it the lightest weight metals and as an
electric current conductor because of the whiteness of
its color that close to blueness the matter that gives
it high resistance, strength, solidity , ability of its
manufacturing repetition, rust resistance, easiness of
dealing with it, and its ability to remodeling. As a
result of these different features the aluminum fields
became numerous and its use became necessarily in our
life, amongst it became the most important used metal in
the new buildings. It is normally used in doors and
windows manufacturing. In addition, we at the Al Esra
Factory added the following products:
Railing and Balusters - External Gates – Protection and
Partition Grills - Barriers - Shop fronts / Facades –
Domes / Skylights - Lighting Posts - Gardens Furniture
and etc ...
From molded / cast aluminum and finally the oriels or
Mashrabiyas ( Al-Roshans ) which Al Esra Factory was
distinguished by their invention, manufacturing and
assembling too, as that they are among of deep-rooted
Islamic heritage symbols or styles .
Al Esra Factory has depended on
the following main specifications in production
operation:
* The wall thickness of the used aluminum is minimum 2
mm.
* Al ESRA Aluminium systems / profiles – which means the
particularization of framework cutting of a unit, such
as (window -door - others) our profiles are
distinguished with the achievement ability of open and
close mechanism in terms of bearing strength and
smoothness, taking into consideration the sound and
thermal isolation and prevention of water and dust
leakage.
Our system profiles :
Profiles are designed in a form that resists water, dust
and sound so that the framework becomes as a single unit
that does not contain any pores would allow dust or
water penetration inside them.
For perfection frameworks and movable parts closure and
increase of their isolation effectiveness we used
supported profiles totally closed pores, because we use
argon gas technique in automatic welding that works for
sticking aluminum sheets to each other without any
additional welding materials.
Painting method :
We Al-Esra Factory are proud that we possess a complete
powder coating line provided with top quality and high
specifications so that the aluminum painting is carried
out automatically with the usage of Polyester powder. (
Polyester powder coating ).The spraying operation is
carried out with automatic Electrostatic Guns.This
painting method is distinguished with colors stability
and shininess on the aluminum profiles and protection
against erosion, dryness and rust Compared with other
techniques.
Glass:
There is a special division for glass on 600 square
meters area, where glass cutting, grinding and automatic
washing and glazing line where assembling are carried
out. The used thickness is between 6-12 mm according to
request of client.
